Shipping & Pickup

At this time, I only offer local pickupĀ from my home in the West End of Downtown Vancouver, BC. Here's the lowdown on what you can expect when placingĀ and picking up your order.
  • 1. Place your order

    Find the pieces you love and place your order online. You'll immediately get an email confirming your order and letting you know that I'm preparing the pieces for the journey to their new home!

  • 2. Schedule your pickup

    Within a few days, you'll get a second email saying your order is ready for pickup. Simply reply to this email with some dates & times that work for you, and I'll confirm your pickup appointment!

  • 3. Pickup your order

    Arrive at your scheduled pickup appointment time and I'll meet you in my building's lobby to give you your order. Then head home, happy as a clam, with your new pottery in hand!

Common questions

How do I schedule a pickup appointment?

Within a few days of placing your order, you'll receive an email letting you know that your order is ready for pickup. This email will ask you to reply with a few dates & times that work for you, and then I'll respond to confirm a specific appointment! I work from home but my schedule varies from day-to-day, so your flexibility is appreciated :)

If it's been more than 3 days (72 hours) since you placed your order and you haven't received an email letting you know that your order is ready for pickup, feel free to get in touch.

How do pickup appointments work?

When I confirm your pickup appointment, I'll provide you with a buzzer code and phone number. On the day of your appointment, arrive at your scheduled pickup time and use the buzzer code to get inside the front door. Once you're inside, wait in the lobby and I'll meet you there to give you your pieces!

If you have trouble with the buzzer or you're running a few minutes behind, you can use the phone number provided to text or call me.

If you're more than 30 minutes late, I consider this a missed pickup appointment and your order will be cancelled & refunded, minus a $5.00 CAD inconvenience fee.

Can I change my pickup appointment?

So long as you provide at least 48h notice, I'm happy to reschedule your pickup appointment. You can reschedule your pickup appointment by getting in touch.

What happens if I miss my pickup appointment?

If you miss your pickup appointment, your order will be automatically cancelled and refunded, minus a $5.00 CAD inconvenience fee.

If you're more than 30 minutes late, I consider this a missed pickup appointment.

Since pickup happens at my home, I plan my schedule so that I'm available when you want to collect your pieces. This fee ensures that we both respect each other's time.

Will my pieces be padded & wrapped for safe transport?

Yes! All pieces will be loosely wrapped and padded to protect them during their journey back to your home. That said, you should still avoid stuffing them into full backpacks or bags, as pottery is fragile and breakable.

If you'd prefer to not have your pieces wrapped or you'd like to bring your own bag, please let me know when scheduling your pickup appointment.

Stuff you should know

If you never schedule a pickup appointment, I'll automatically cancel and refund your order, minus a 7% credit card processing fee. All orders must be picked up within 14 days.

If you miss your pickup appointment, I'll automatically cancel and refund your order, minus a $5.00 CAD inconvenience fee.

Once your order has been picked up, I don't offer returns or exchanges of any kind.
