Refund policy
The summary
I make pottery as a hobby and do not make a profit from this website, so any fees incurred by me are passed on to you. This means:
- Before pickup: Orders can be cancelled, minus 7% credit card processing fee
- Never picked up: Automatic cancellation, minus 7% credit card processing fee
- Missed pickup: Automatic cancellation, minus $5.00 CAD inconvenience fee
- After pickup: No returns, exchanges, or refunds

The specifics
Refund amounts
Any and all refunds issued will be subject to a 7% credit card processing fee, to cover the fees charged to me by my online store provider (Shopify). Yep, believe it or not, even if I cancel and refund your order, they still charge me a processing fee.
This means that if you place an order with a $10.00 CAD total, your maximum refund amount would be $9.30 CAD.
Order cancellation
Prior to pickup, orders can be cancelled by getting in touch. Order cancellations are subject to a 7% credit card processing fee.
Any customers that do not pickup their order within 14 days of placing it will have their order cancelled and refunded, minus a 7% credit card processing fee.
Any orders not picked up during their scheduled pickup appointment will be cancelled and refunded, minus a $5.00 CAD inconvenience fee. If you provide me with at least 48h notice, I'll be happy to reschedule your pickup appointment at no cost.
After an order has been picked up, I do not accept returns or exchanges of any kind. This includes for reasons of quality, breakages, or product defects/imperfections. Please carefully review product descriptions and photos before purchasing.
