Here are the basic ground rules that you agree to by using my website. If you don't agree, you'll have to stop using my website, and you definitely should not place an order.

What I offer

I sell handmade pottery and each piece is unique, so what you see is what you get. I make no guarantees as to how long my pieces will last, and there's a good chance many of them have some imperfections — it's all part of the charm!

Also, any product care & usage information is just general advice. Everyone's dishwashers, ovens, and homes are different, so I can't be held liable for the results of how you choose to use and care for your pottery.

Placing & cancelling orders

Placing an order is as simple as adding items to your cart and checking out using your payment method of choice. My shipping & pickup page outlines how your order will get to you, and my refund policy has information on when and how orders can be cancelled.

My rights

I can update this website and/or the products for sale at any point in time. I can also refuse service to anyone, for any reason.

Your conduct

Don't use my website for anything illegal or harmful, and don't do anything to damage or interfere with my website.

Disputes

If you have an issue, please reach out to me and we'll keep it friendly while working together to figure things out. Please remember that most items are sold at cost, so I don't make a profit and can't offer to provide free stuff or big discounts. If for some reason we can't work things out, any legal stuff will be handled in Vancouver, British Columbia.
